- 1 baguette, sliced diagonally into ½–inch slices (approx. 18 slices)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt, as needed
- fresh cracked black pepper
- 4 oz. (113 g) log of goat cheese (classic chevre), softened at room temperature
- ½ cup of prepared Green Apple Chhunda/Chhundo
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F, with rack on upper middle position.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place baguette slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the baguette slices.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Toast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, flipping them half way through.
- Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes or so.
- Smear the goat cheese on the toasted baguette slices.
- Spoon a generous dollop of Green Apple Chhunda/Chhundo on top of each crostini.
