Leftover Samosas – Two, cut into bite-sized pieces (8–10 per samosa).

Tomato – ½ small, diced for juiciness.

Desifyd T’ah Karke Dipping Sauce – I used this sauce that I had handy in my refrigerator but you can use other ready to use sauces like cilantro-mint chutney (available in the frozen section of Indian grocery stores) or Cilantro Lime Crema (available in the refrigerated section of local grocery stores or Costco)
Sev or Aloo Bhujia – For a crunchy topping.
Cilantro – Chopped, to brighten up the flavors.
