One sip and I was hooked! The charcoal latte is the only latte I order whenever I’m at Burlingame location of Caffe Central, a quick service cafe offiering scrumptious pastries, delicious sandwiches and a wonderful coffee experience with their unique coffee selections. With its distinct black coloration derived from activated charcoal that adds a bold twist to the traditional latte experience, making the Charcoal Latte both visually captivating and surprisingly refreshing.
If you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area, you must try this latte at one of their 5 locations.

At Wadeshwar in my hometown, Pune in India, the filter coffee latte is a beloved specialty that perfectly blends the rich flavors of South Indian filter coffee with the creamy texture of a classic latte. Served with a generous froth and a hint of sweetness, it’s a comforting and indulgent treat for both coffee aficionados and newcomers alike.

At Butcher’s Daughter in NYC or LA, the cardamom and rose latte is a delightful fusion of floral and spicy notes that transports you to a fragrant oasis with every sip. During my last visit to NYC, in summer of 2023, I went to so many coffee shops but my absolute favorite was Remi 43, a flower and coffee shop located in midtown. It’s the most wonderful and unique coffee shop experience I’ve ever had! It was like sitting in a beautiful garden, sipping on the Rose Latte while grabbing a bite of the Raspberry Jelly Donut in between.
They have a bunch of amazing pastries and flavors for teas and lattes like lavender, butterfly pea, beet, berry matcha and more. You must check this place out whenever you’re in NYC!

The Shelf Cafe in Auckland, New Zealand, offers a delightful twist on the classic latte with its zesty orange latte. Infused with the bright and refreshing flavor from orange preserves, this inventive beverage provides a delightful citrusy kick that pairs perfectly with the smooth richness of espresso and steamed milk. It’s a must-try for anyone seeking a vibrant and invigorating coffee experience in the heart of Auckland!
Here’s how I recreated this flavor in my kitchen, if you want to give it a try!
Not technically a latte, but too good not to include! This Iced Orange Americano at Pull Tab Coffee in New York City instantly reminded me of the orange latte I tried in Auckland.

It has the same bright, citrusy flavor but in a lighter, more refreshing form that’s perfect for warmer days.
I loved it so much that I recreated it at home using fresh oranges from my yard, and it’s now one of those simple, bright coffee moments I keep coming back to.
Drawing inspirations from my ever-popular fresh baked goods product line— Cardamom, Pistachio, and Rose Loaf Cake, I took those beloved flavors and transformed them into something cozy and drinkable. Introducing my newest signature concoction, the Pistachio, Cardamom & Rose Latte. It’s a dreamy, aromatic pick-me-up that’s as indulgent as it is festive—perfect for the holiday season or anytime you need a cozy sip.

One sip and you’ll understand why it’s become my favorite drink lately. The nutty pistachios, the warmth of cardamom, the floral hint of rose water—all balanced by the depth of espresso. This drink is comforting, luxurious, and perfectly festive. The fine ground pistachios add a slightly gritty texture. It’s that little bit of texture that makes each sip feel so indulgent and familiar, like a cozy moment in a cup.
So, what are you waiting for? Brew yourself a cup and experience the magic of these unique flavors.
